This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Complies with Integer’s Values along with all safety, environmental, security, and quality standards.
• Oversees inventory management initiatives with significant risk and complexity, formulating and executing the strategy for implementation.
• Influences the strategy, direction, and allocation of resources aimed at advancing Integer’s global inventory management and control.
• Ensures alignment and execution of inventory forecasts to achieve the company’s objectives and goals.
• Engages daily with manufacturing locations to guarantee the execution of inventory strategies.
• Accountable for the site-specific Plan for Every Part (PFEP) strategy and its integration into the company’s inventory management and planning systems.
• Guides sites in creating or maintaining the data and configurations of bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and master data.
• Responsible for developing standard work procedures and ensuring site adoption of these standardized planning and scheduling processes.
• Cultivates site-level Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in inventory management systems.
• Directs continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain.
• Minimum Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred, but 8+ years of relevant experience will also be accepted.
• APICS certification or coursework in Lean Manufacturing Systems (or a related area) is advantageous.
• Minimum Experience: At least 8 years of Supply Chain experience in manufacturing settings, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Specialized Knowledge: Proven experience in successfully implementing Plan for Every Part (PFEP) processes.
• Proficient in Data Mining and Excel (Advanced Data Analysis).
• Strong technical skills related to Inventory Management Systems.
• Extensive experience with ERP/systems.
