Supply Chain Manager – Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee both domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely processing and delivery of orders.

• Collaborate with freight forwarders, third-party logistics (3PL) providers, couriers, warehouses, and transport partners.

• Monitor shipment progress and actively follow up on any delays, challenges, or delivery exceptions.

• Administer purchase orders, customer orders, inventory logs, and replenishment needs.

• Keep an eye on stock levels and coordinate replenishment efforts to avoid stockouts or surplus inventory.

• Prepare and manage all necessary shipping, export, customs, and other documentation.

• Work with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee product availability and readiness for shipment.

• Efficiently address and resolve any issues related to shipments, inventory, orders, and deliveries.

• Maintain precise records of supply chain and shipment information across relevant systems.

• Provide consistent updates regarding inventory, orders, shipments, and potential supply chain risks.

• Assist in the ongoing enhancement of supply chain and export procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the honey, Mānuka honey, bee products, food export, or natural health sectors.

• Familiarity with exporting to the US, Australia, or New Zealand.

• Background in FMCG, e-commerce, food, wellness, or natural health products.

• Experience collaborating with international suppliers and logistics partners.

• Proven ability to support a growing business with a variety of products/SKUs.

• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes from suppliers and warehouses to customers and international markets.

• Capable of confidently coordinating shipments, inventory, orders, and logistics partners.

• Willingness to work during the day shift.

• Must be available to work remotely from any location in the Philippines.
