Supply Chain Lead – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the APAC Sales team to deliver consistent sales forecasts that aid procurement planning for headquarters, local suppliers, and RMA inventory.

• Oversee the complete fulfillment process of customer orders utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Work in close partnership with the Procurement team to ensure prompt order processing and to address any order-related challenges.

• Proactively track order statuses and relay updates to internal stakeholders.

• Serve as the main point of contact between Procurement, Logistics, and Trade Compliance teams.

• Coordinate with warehouse partners to guarantee precise and timely customs clearance.

• Collaborate with the Trade Compliance team to ensure that shipments adhere to specific country customs regulations.

• Validate purchase orders and pick lists to monitor shipments throughout the delivery process.

• Assist in resolving subscription billing issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, customer operations, or a comparable operational support position.

• Proven experience in coordinating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse partners.

• Familiarity with ERP and/or CRM systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics 365 CRM is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
