Supply Chain Coordinator – Bilingual ENG, SPN/POR

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive supply chain operations, encompassing import coordination, supplier interactions, freight forwarding, and customs documentation.

• Supervise critical customer orders to guarantee on-time and complete (OTIF) delivery along with achieving 100% customer satisfaction.

• Actively detect and address operational challenges, delays, and discrepancies prior to their impact on customers or costs.

• Maintain precise records in NetSuite for orders, inventory, shipments, and vendor invoices.

• Monitor and reconcile import expenses, freight costs, duties, and multi-currency transactions with high financial accuracy.

• Develop, maintain, and continually enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in relevant areas of responsibility.

• Construct and sustain Excel-based trackers, reconciliations, and operational reports.

• Collaborate professionally with suppliers, freight partners, customers, and internal teams.

• Deliver timely operational and administrative support to the CEO, including reporting, data analysis, and follow-ups on essential action items.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing import processes, preferably in the food industry.

• Proficient in NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).

• Willingness to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).

• Availability to commence work within 2 weeks of receiving a job offer.

• Comfortable using time-tracking tools (e.g., Time Doctor).

• Possess a laptop or desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and a webcam.

• Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps).

• Have backup equipment ready in case of power or internet outages.

• Competent in using Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.
