📋 Description

• Create and uphold statistical demand forecasts across product lines, customer segments, and regions utilizing ERP and forecasting tools.

• Work closely with Sales team members to collect market intelligence, customer insights, and promotional strategies that enhance forecast precision.

• Engage in the monthly S&OP demand review process by preparing forecast inputs, conducting variance analyses, and providing necessary documentation.

• Track forecast accuracy and bias at designated product/customer levels; determine root causes of forecast discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

• Ensure the demand data within the ERP system is organized and precise, including item-level planning parameters and historical demand information.

• Assist in new product introduction (NPI) planning by formulating initial demand assumptions in collaboration with Sales and the Demand Planning Manager.

• Produce regular demand planning reports and dashboards to convey forecast status and KPI performance.

• Recognize demand trends, seasonality, and anomalies; report significant demand fluctuations to the Demand Planning Manager.

• Collaborate with Supply Planning to relay demand changes that could affect supply feasibility or inventory levels.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain within a manufacturing or industrial setting is required.

• Proficiency in ERP systems is essential; experience with INFOR/SyteLine is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and analysis is preferred.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary; experience with statistical forecasting tools is a plus.

• APICS CPIM or IBF CPF certification is preferred.

• A demonstrated career ambition with a proven record of growth and increased responsibility; highly promotable with the potential to assume broader leadership roles in a dynamic, high-growth organization.
