This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Manage the preparation and validation of intricate supply-chain datasets to ensure precision and scalability for modeling and analytics processes.
• Conduct in-depth descriptive and statistical analyses, develop repeatable forecasting methods, and mentor junior team members on analytical best practices.
• Design and implement scenario and sensitivity analyses within established digital twin, network, or simulation models, while synthesizing operational implications.
• Create dashboards and analytical narratives that effectively present findings to both clients and internal leadership stakeholders.
• Develop organized, repeatable documentation detailing analytical logic, assumptions, methodologies, and data flows.
• Facilitate discussions with planning, logistics, engineering, and operations teams to define analytical requirements and solution strategies.
• Mentor junior analysts, review their outputs, and ensure quality and consistency across all analytical deliverables.
• 3–6 years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative supply-chain analysis roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing analytical workstreams or modules in client delivery.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R; experience in building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience in conducting statistical analysis, scenario testing, or forecasting.
• Ability to convert complex analyses into clear, actionable business insights.
• Experience in mentoring junior analysts or reviewing analytical work products.
