Generalist Operations, Supply Chain – Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management of goods flow in both purchasing and sales

• Returns management

• Analysis and optimization of processes

• Collaboration: Internally, with external partners and customers

• Consulting: Assisting customers in establishing their supply chain

• Accounting: Management and maintenance of digital and largely automated accounting

⛳️ Requirements

• Independent work style and willingness to take on responsibility

• Completed training as a PKA, a degree in business, or compelling experience

• Proficient in German

• Proficient in English

• Strong communication skills and team spirit

• High level of digital competence

• Above-average enthusiasm for learning

• Willingness to be reachable outside of regular working hours in emergencies

• Occasional travel readiness within Germany

• Experience with GMP and GDP is advantageous

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in medical cannabis
