Supply Chain Coordinator

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive supply chain operations, managing import coordination, supplier interactions, freight forwarding, and customs paperwork.

• Supervise urgent customer orders to guarantee on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

• Actively identify and address operational challenges, delays, and inconsistencies before they affect customers or incur additional costs.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping in NetSuite for orders, inventory, shipments, and vendor invoices.

• Monitor and reconcile import expenses, freight costs, duties, and multi-currency transactions with a focus on financial precision.

• Develop, uphold, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to your responsibilities.

• Construct and manage Excel-based trackers, reconciliations, and operational reports.

• Professionally collaborate with suppliers, freight partners, customers, and internal teams.

• Provide prompt operational and administrative assistance to the CEO, including reporting, data analysis, and follow-ups on crucial action items.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing import processes, preferably within the food sector.

• Familiarity with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).

• Willingness to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines).

• Availability to commence work within 2 weeks of receiving the job offer.

• Comfort with utilizing time-tracking software (e.g., Time Doctor).

• Must possess a laptop/desktop, noise-canceling headphones, and a webcam.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• Access to backup equipment in case of power or internet disruptions.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.

• Proficiency in NetSuite or a similar ERP system.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
