• Coordinate the prompt pick-up and delivery of orders, parcel shipments, and samples (both hazardous and non-hazardous), along with all associated shipping documentation and paperwork.
• Generate bills of lading as required.
• Ensure that shipping facilities dispatch orders in a timely manner.
• Accurately review and update shipping trackers on a daily basis.
• Input Sales Orders and finalize Invoices in MAS 90/Sage 100 and SPS (EDI) as a secondary support.
• Confirm that all shipments adhere to customer routing guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with Finance on invoicing to retailers and investigate vendor invoices when discrepancies occur.
• Manage the shipping of components from various vendors, including providing freight cost estimates to ensure economical shipping solutions.
• Acquire proof of delivery from freight companies and monitor shipments.
• Develop, revise, and implement SOPs as necessary for the department.
• Act as a backup for Order Management when required.
• Address inquiries, respond to requests, and handle special orders as needed.
• Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, clients, and vendors.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• 2-3 years of experience in a 3PL/Distribution of FMCG within the United States.
• Experience in international logistics is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage.
