Supply Chain Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of incoming purchase orders and shipments, ensuring that suppliers adhere to shipping dates, quantities, and required documentation, while actively identifying risks and maintaining visibility in reporting for supply planning and warehouse operations.

• Coordinate bookings for inbound freight and monitor shipments through to delivery, addressing any delays, shortages, damages, or missing documentation.

• Implement and monitor outbound shipments, including coordination with third-party logistics providers, handling replacements, and resolving any issues that arise.

• Collaborate with warehouse teams to guarantee timely execution, particularly during peak periods, product launches, and seasons of high volume.

• Take ownership of SKU setup and ongoing maintenance within NetSuite, ensuring accuracy of item data in critical supply chain fields.

• Generate weekly and monthly KPI reports on purchase order health, performance of inbound/outbound operations, transit times, and service levels.

• Facilitate cross-functional handoffs and drive process improvements across Sourcing, Planning, Customer Experience, Logistics, and warehouse partners.

• Manage urgent, rush, or exception-based shipments as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.

• 3-4 years of experience in areas such as supply chain, logistics, sourcing, production, or operations.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis).

• Experience with freight forwarders, carriers, and distribution centers or third-party logistics providers.

• Practical experience with NetSuite (required), including SKU/item management and supply chain-related workflows.

• A strong desire to learn and develop within a dynamic, growing supply chain environment.
