πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee negotiations for supplier and commercial contracts, including pricing, terms, and service agreements.

β€’ Foster and sustain robust relationships with suppliers and strategic partners.

β€’ Assist in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain strategies that enhance cost efficiency, quality, delivery, and operational performance.

β€’ Assess supplier capabilities, capacity, market conditions, and business needs to mitigate risks and ensure supply continuity.

β€’ Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Business stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives.

β€’ Evaluate supplier performance and pursue continuous improvement opportunities.

β€’ Conduct analyses related to operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, and supply chain performance.

β€’ Identify avenues for process enhancements that boost productivity, lower costs, and improve business operations.

β€’ Create and execute sustainable business processes and reporting mechanisms.

β€’ Support business transformation efforts and process optimization initiatives.

β€’ Prepare recommendations and presentations that assist in business and sourcing decisions.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 50%.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.

β€’ 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or a similar area.

β€’ Proven experience in negotiating supplier agreements, commercial contracts, and business terms.

β€’ Strong grasp of supply chain processes and supplier management.

β€’ Analytical mindset capable of evaluating data and proposing solutions.

β€’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

β€’ Capability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.

β€’ Willingness to travel up to 50%.

β€’ Experience in the semiconductor, aerospace, electronics, or related advanced manufacturing sectors.

β€’ Background in supporting business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

β€’ Knowledge of supplier performance management, contract compliance, and risk mitigation.

β€’ Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
