Supply Chain Contract Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee negotiations for supplier and commercial contracts, including pricing, terms, and service agreements.

• Foster and sustain robust relationships with suppliers and strategic partners.

• Assist in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain strategies that enhance cost efficiency, quality, delivery, and operational performance.

• Assess supplier capabilities, capacity, market conditions, and business needs to mitigate risks and ensure supply continuity.

• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Business stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives.

• Evaluate supplier performance and pursue continuous improvement opportunities.

• Conduct analyses related to operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, and supply chain performance.

• Identify avenues for process enhancements that boost productivity, lower costs, and improve business operations.

• Create and execute sustainable business processes and reporting mechanisms.

• Support business transformation efforts and process optimization initiatives.

• Prepare recommendations and presentations that assist in business and sourcing decisions.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or a similar area.

• Proven experience in negotiating supplier agreements, commercial contracts, and business terms.

• Strong grasp of supply chain processes and supplier management.

• Analytical mindset capable of evaluating data and proposing solutions.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Experience in the semiconductor, aerospace, electronics, or related advanced manufacturing sectors.

• Background in supporting business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

• Knowledge of supplier performance management, contract compliance, and risk mitigation.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
