This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reports utilizing Omni, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Analyze extensive datasets to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities in inventory management, order fulfillment, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to enhance OTIF, fill rates, shrink, location accuracy, inventory turnover, and productivity.
• Extract, cleanse, and structure data from ERP, WMS, TMS, and external vendor systems.
• Automate reporting processes to boost efficiency and minimize manual effort.
• Support cost optimization initiatives by analyzing spending patterns, forecasting demand, and refining freight and distribution strategies.
• Work alongside Finance, Operations, Procurement, and IT to align data insights with business objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security while adhering to GMP, FDA, GDP, and other industry regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or supply chain analytics.
• Proficient in BI tools such as Omni, Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, and Looker.
• Strong SQL proficiency for extracting and manipulating data from various systems.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).
• Advanced Excel capabilities (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Understanding of supply chain concepts including demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills to convey data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics (a plus).
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines (a plus).
• Exposure to machine learning applications in supply chain forecasting (a plus).
