Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

📋 Description

• Respond to essential business inquiries utilizing standard analytical tools.

• Uncover insights and create data visualizations.

• Employ standardized methods to evaluate consumer insights, clinical efficacy, and business value.

• Ensure a constant focus on analytics time-to-value and data integrity.

• Implement best practices for measurement and visualization while ensuring data security.

• Engage in and make significant contributions to enterprise data stewardship across all data domains.

• Utilize and support sanctioned communication platforms, such as Microsoft Teams and Power BI, to enhance data literacy and communication among data users.

• Extract and evaluate data employing data analytics tools.

• Provide analytical outputs within established timelines.

• Document, develop, and convey analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Execute responsibilities in alignment with Mercy's mission and values.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant experience.

• For Business Analysts: a four-year degree or equivalent professional experience.

• For Clinical Analysts: qualifications such as RN, MD, Health Information Management, or Information Science.

• Proficiency in financial, clinical, or web-based computing systems.

• Experience in supporting and distributing interactive data visualizations.

• Expertise in building data visualizations using advanced visualization tools.

• Must possess strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• Preferred experience with Epic, Cerner, or other Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

• Preferred experience in DAX coding.

• Preferred knowledge of SQL writing.

• Preferred scripting experience with R and Python.

• Preferred understanding of cloud computing.
