This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Lead and conduct intricate analyses that support Revenue Cycle departments.
• Create ad hoc reports, automated reports, and dashboards utilizing both structured and unstructured data.
• Utilize the Clarity data model along with other data warehouses and marts to deliver business insights.
• Offer input on data models and the ongoing design of warehouses and marts to guarantee data accuracy and accessibility.
• Analyze data models and business requirements in collaboration with peers and engage in sprint-based tasks.
• Write, revise, and enhance highly efficient SQL queries across extensive datasets.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to comprehend their needs and propose business intelligence solutions.
• Define data elements and structures in conjunction with Revenue Cycle and care transformation operations.
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports while identifying reporting needs with stakeholders.
• Undertake analyses, reviews, and improvement initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
• Assist in the development and dissemination of dashboards and key performance metrics.
• Investigate entity business flow to aid application reporting and user support.
• Advocate for data integrity and standardization.
• Participate in functional quality team meetings and committee activities.
• Provide analytical support and consulting services to data application users.
• Assist in managing external resources and collaborative projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of six years of pertinent experience.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle processes.
• Experience may involve a combination of roles related to Revenue Cycle and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in developing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
• Experience with large datasets, data warehouses, and data marts.
• Familiarity with structured and unstructured data repositories.
• Capability to create reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators.
• Candidates must reside in Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Frequent use of a keyboard/data entry required.
• No specific professional license or certifications required.
