This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Lead and execute intricate analyses that bolster Revenue Cycle service areas.
• Create ad hoc reports, automated reports, and dashboards utilizing both structured and unstructured data.
• Utilize the Clarity data model alongside other data sources, including data warehouses and marts.
• Offer insights on warehouse and mart design to enhance data accuracy and availability.
• Analyze data models and business requirements with colleagues and engage in sprint-based initiatives.
• Craft and refine complex SQL queries across extensive datasets.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify needs and propose business intelligence solutions.
• Define data elements and frameworks for analytical capabilities.
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports while identifying reporting requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Execute analyses, reviews, and enhancement projects aligned with Revenue Cycle and care transformation objectives.
• Assist in the development and distribution of dashboards and key performance metrics.
• Investigate entity business processes to aid in application reporting and user support.
• Champion system-wide data integrity and standardization.
• Contribute to functional quality team meetings and committee activities.
• Provide analytical support and consulting services to users of data applications.
• Facilitate support for external resources and collaborative initiatives.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• At least six years of pertinent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Revenue Cycle processes.
• Experience may comprise a blend of Revenue Cycle and SQL-related positions.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Must reside in Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin.
• Frequent use of a keyboard and data entry tasks.
• Capability to fulfill specified physical requirements, including lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects.
• No professional license or certification is necessary.
