Supply Chain and International Procurement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, evaluation, and contract negotiation.

• Establish and nurture relationships with vendors and suppliers to guarantee timely delivery and cost efficiency.

• Monitor and sustain optimal inventory levels to align with production schedules.

• Conduct inventory audits, resolve discrepancies, and implement effective inventory controls.

• Collaborate with production, operations, and other departments to predict material needs.

• Prepare and handle purchase orders, invoices, and all related procurement documentation.

• Track and assess inventory KPIs, such as turnover, shrinkage, and lead times.

• Provide management with regular inventory reports.

• Identify areas for improvement in procurement and inventory processes.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with industry regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and inventory management, ideally in a manufacturing setting.

• Strong understanding of inventory management systems, procurement procedures, and vendor relations.

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/inventory management software.

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Capability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Minimum specifications of a 5th generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent.

• At least 4.00 GB of computer memory/RAM.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 or Mac OSX; Linux, Unix, or other operating systems are not accepted.

• Internet speed requirement of 5.0 MBPS or higher for both primary and backup connections.

• A noise-cancelling headset that connects via USB port is mandatory.

• A webcam with a minimum of 3 megapixels and capable of 720p recording is required.
