Supply Chain Analytics, Project Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Analyze data from various sources to uncover trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps.

• Create dashboards, reports, and status updates for supply chain leadership.

• Perform ad hoc analyses to support projects, cost management, and operational decision-making.

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across reporting platforms and business systems.

• Present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

• Examine operational and financial data utilizing PowerBI and SAP ERP.

• Contribute to the development of reporting tools, databases, and automated workflows.

• Assess business processes and pinpoint areas for improvement in efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness.

• Lead projects focused on continuous improvement using data-driven methodologies.

• Document existing processes and suggest standardized best practices.

• Track the outcomes of implemented improvements to ensure sustainable results.

• Collaborate with teams in Category Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.

• Work alongside partners to create solutions that enhance operational performance and financial results.

• Assist in system enhancements, process automation, and reporting improvements.

• Organize meetings, presentations, and working sessions to align partners and oversee project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, business process improvement, or a related field.

• Experience collaborating with Category Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations teams.

• Proficient in SAP ERP and PowerBI.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet is preferred.
