This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Facilitates the movement of materials throughout the supply chain.
• Develops innovative tools and processes to achieve supply chain objectives, including the creation of metrics and monthly supplier scorecards.
• Collaborates with management to enhance supply chain performance and foster better collaboration with suppliers.
• Identifies issues through analysis and formulates sustainable solutions for supply chain strategies.
• Develops new processes for forecasting, order replenishment, and logistics channel decisions.
• Analyzes and compiles supply chain best practices, creating strategies to support the development of supply chain business cases.
• Conducts daily business analyses to support supply chain operations.
• Works with stakeholders and leadership to improve supply chain performance and cooperation with suppliers.
• Establishes procedures for delivering monthly updates to suppliers.
• Supports all central replenishment activities, including meetings with vendors to align on inventory forecasting and replenishment strategies.
• Creates supply chain metrics, identifies evaluation methods for these metrics, and audits supply chain data.
• Partners with merchants to strategize promotions, price adjustments, and exit plans.
• Develops decision support tools and financial models to assess the cost/benefit trade-offs of inventory.
• Analyzes multi-tier distribution channels to evaluate cost and service level trade-offs for various product categories.
• Develops forecasting tools to facilitate collaborative planning with merchandising suppliers.
• Must be a resident of the specified state(s).
• Previous experience in supporting warehouse design/build, network optimization, or distribution center transformation projects.
• SQL proficiency: Intermediate to advanced level (including complex queries, joins, subqueries, window functions, etc.).
• Experience with slotting optimization, inventory control, and replenishment planning.
• Hands-on experience with WMS platforms, preferably SAP WM or SAP EWM.
• Proficient in Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong data analytics skills and data-driven problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using AutoCAD for warehouse layout, facility design, or operational planning.
• Ability to interpret complex operational data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% as required by project needs.
