Supply Chain Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor and reconcile the return of customer and Burroughs-owned assets.

• Coordinate the pick-up of assets from vendors or customer locations.

• Assist in setting up systems for new field technicians.

• Report on performance metrics and departmental key performance indicators.

• Process inventory transactions to transfer assets between BRC/Main Warehouse locations, 3PL locations, and field technician sites.

• Receive components from field technicians into the BRC repair system database.

• Address receiving discrepancies with Field Operations.

• Reconcile customer-owned inventory delivered to incorrect locations and manage returns to the correct sites.

• Provide insights to the Repair Operations Manager regarding parts needed at 3PL locations.

• Prepare unsupported products or those with high demand for shipment to third-party repair vendors.

• Engage in continuous process improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain.

• Assist in training Field Operations personnel on proper part return procedures.

• Participate in ERP systems integration activities.

• Execute other related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Previous logistics or equivalent business experience is required.

• Proficiency in standard Microsoft applications, such as Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to address issues and challenges.

• Regular ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
