This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and reconciling the return of assets belonging to customers and Burroughs.
• Coordinating the collection of assets from vendor or customer locations.
• Aiding in the system configuration for new field technicians.
• Reporting on performance metrics.
• Processing inventory transactions necessary for transferring assets between BRC/Main Warehouse locations and 3PL as well as to field technician sites.
• Generating reporting metrics for key performance indicators within the department.
• Receiving parts from field technicians into the BRC repair system database.
• Addressing receiving discrepancies with Field Operations.
• Reconciling customer-owned inventory that arrives at incorrect locations and collaborating with other Logistics Analysts to ensure parts are returned to the correct destinations.
• Offering insights to the Repair Operations Manager regarding parts required at 3PL locations.
• Preparing products that are not yet supported or those with high demand for shipment to third-party repair vendors.
• Engaging in the implementation of continuous process improvements within the Supply Chain.
• Assisting in training Field Operations staff on appropriate part return processes for Burroughs customers.
• Contributing to efforts aimed at integrating ERP systems.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Previous logistics or similar business experience is essential.
• Familiarity with standard Microsoft applications, including Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word, is preferred.
