Supply and Logistics Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and endorse project scope, timelines, and budgets; effectively communicate deliverables to stakeholders.

• Create logistics strategies and solutions that align with study goals, client satisfaction, and profitability.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, FTE allocation, and team performance.

• Guide project teams with an emphasis on performance management, professional development, and study objectives.

• Formulate and implement strategies for clinical supply, sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, and laboratory logistics.

• Utilize supply chain simulation and forecasting tools to enhance inventory management.

• Establish supply schedules and modify plans in collaboration with clinical teams based on study advancements.

• Direct production, depot, and distribution strategies in coordination with third-party providers.

• Supervise project budgets, revenue recognition, profitability, pass-through costs, and scope modifications.

• Act as the primary liaison for both internal and external clients.

• Engage in bidding processes, client presentations, professional meetings, and conferences.

• Track project completion against budget, schedule, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Assist in system optimization and process enhancements, including CAPA initiatives.

• Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections; conduct risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Health-Related Discipline, International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent professional experience.

• Significant experience in the pharmaceutical, clinical research, or consulting sectors.

• Deep expertise in laboratory logistics and/or clinical supply chain management within the biopharmaceutical industry.

• Proven track record in project management and substantial team leadership experience.

• Demonstrated experience in multinational settings and a solid understanding of cross-functional activities.

• Strong business and commercial insight.

• Established consultative selling and negotiation capabilities.

• Excellent operational knowledge of clinical studies and supply chain logistics.

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, revenue recognition, cost negotiations, and financial metrics analysis.

• Capability to devise innovative solutions for clinical supply chain issues.

• Good understanding of GxP regulatory frameworks, including ICH GCP, GMP, GCLP, and GDP.

• Proficient in English.
