Supplier Strategy Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation of analyses and accompanying presentations for quarterly supplier management reviews alongside program and client leadership.

• Aid in organizing supplier scorecard meetings, including performance analysis, messaging, scheduling, and the compilation of scorecard PDFs.

• Examine requisition distribution and enhance distribution lists to align with program objectives.

• Facilitate access to supplier scorecards and their implementation for MSP customers.

• Support both internal and client supplier summits.

• Assist in the evaluation and onboarding process for new suppliers.

• Aid in compliance audits and discussions with suppliers.

• Monitor and follow up on action items arising from supplier meetings.

• Track and assist with requests for new supplier performance reporting.

• Maintain the Pinnacle Supplier Portal for diversity statuses and points of contact, ensuring alignment with client VMS environments.

• Collect information from internal and external stakeholders, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations to resolve issues.

• Communicate effectively based on the context and audience.

• Deliver excellent customer service and responsiveness to suppliers, internal stakeholders, and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferably in Business Analytics).

• 0-2 years of pertinent work experience.

• Prior experience in customer service.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Proven curiosity in analyzing data and identifying opportunities or trends.

• Familiarity with relational databases and experience in generating basic reports and dashboards in Tableau (or equivalent) is an advantage.

• Previous experience in the staffing industry is a plus.
