Senior Manager – Strategy and Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead strategic analysis initiatives from initial framing to final recommendations.

• Identify and suggest potential international and adjacent acquisition candidates.

• Develop AI agents to pinpoint and monitor potential targets while conducting repeatable target analyses.

• Manage analytical workstreams related to acquisitions and strategic investments.

• Conduct market sizing, operating models, valuation models, and due diligence analyses.

• Collaborate with finance, legal, and product teams.

• Present analyses and recommendations directly to the VP of Corporate Development and the executive team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and implementing AI agents into real workflows using tools like Claude, Claude Code, MCP connectors, or similar frameworks.

• Proficiency in constructing financial models and valuations from foundational principles.

• Approximately 5 to 8 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or strategy within a high-growth technology firm.

• Preferred: experience with B2C subscription or consumer technology enterprises.

• Preferred: hands-on experience with M&A due diligence or integration work.

• Preferred: familiarity with SQL or BI tools.

• Required to demonstrate an agent or AI workflow created and its outcomes during the interview process.

• Required to engage in a working session that involves addressing an open-ended strategic question.
