Strategy Director – Command Centers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.

📋 Description

• Create narrative strategies that are customized for clients' organizations, objectives, and environments.

• Facilitate strategic processes for clients and foster internal alignment and consensus.

• Identify key messages, target demographics, brand foundations, and thematic frameworks.

• Collaborate with data and research teams to generate audience insights.

• Set up workflows and tools for the Creator Command Center.

• Oversee relationships with partner agencies and vendors.

• Manage the recruitment, onboarding, timelines, and deliverables of creators.

• Develop and maintain a diverse roster of creators across various platforms.

• Lead creative strategies for critical issues.

• Convert cultural and audience insights into effective messaging and creator strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in narrative strategy, campaign communications, political or issue-based strategy, or a closely related field.

• Proven history of managing high-stakes, fast-paced projects.

• Capability to create comprehensive narrative and messaging frameworks within complex, dynamic issue environments.

• Proficient in engaging and establishing trust with senior, high-level clients.

• Outstanding synthesis and writing abilities.

• Collaborative leadership approach.

• Entrepreneurial mindset.

• Experience in designing or enhancing organizational offerings, products, or service models.

• Background in movement communications, advocacy, or campaigning in issue areas beyond traditional electoral contexts.

• Knowledge of creator ecosystems and influencer strategies.

• Must be remote and US-based; candidates based in New York, Toronto, or Los Angeles will be given strong preference.
