Supplier Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Ensure the precision, completeness, and uniformity of supplier product catalogs and supplier company information.

• Adhere to and implement structured processes for effective catalog onboarding and data management.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with suppliers to clarify onboarding requirements and offer feedback.

• Consistently and diligently follow up with suppliers regarding deliverables that affect customer launches on Labviva and procurement objectives for current customers.

• Monitor progress, keep well-organized documentation, and respond promptly to supplier inquiries.

• Work in tandem with Product Data and Engineering teams to prepare, validate, and submit catalog data for uploading.

• Proactively investigate and escalate issues while providing solutions to address data inconsistencies or gaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing business role with a focus on managing product or catalog data.

• Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in Excel, with a proven ability to work with complex spreadsheets and datasets.

• Outstanding attention to detail and organizational capabilities, along with the ability to work autonomously.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Familiarity with Google Suite, JIRA, and CRM systems like Hubspot.

• Basic technical understanding to comprehend specifications and requirements that support customer integrations.

• Very Basic SQL knowledge is a plus, although not mandatory.
