Supplier Manager I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee a varied portfolio of long-tail suppliers within a rapidly expanding marketplace ecosystem.

• Take charge of daily supplier operations, leveraging data to uncover growth opportunities.

• Actively engage with suppliers to foster retention and satisfaction.

• Assist in the onboarding process of new partners to ensure a smooth integration.

• Supervise promotional activities and supplier showcases to maintain quality and competitiveness.

• Analyze transactional data to pinpoint growth potential among suppliers.

• Act as the main point of contact for supplier inquiries and provide necessary support.

• Manage performance metrics for your portfolio, including supplier tiering and promotion effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, account management, vendor relations, or a comparable fast-paced setting.

• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills for handling complex workflows and supplier portfolios.

• Outstanding communication skills for providing operational support and establishing rapport with partners.

• A proactive problem-solver with a keen interest in supplier management.
