This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Lead Software Delivery: Manage the comprehensive planning, execution, and rollout of updates and improvements to the essential tracking and reporting web portal.
• Agile Management: Coordinate sprints, backlog refinement sessions, daily standups, and retrospective meetings for the software development team.
• Risk Mitigation: Recognize software-related project risks, security issues, and deployment challenges, crafting prompt and effective mitigation strategies.
• Client Collaboration: Align technical roadmaps with CBP/AMO strategic goals, providing consistent updates to the software technical lead and stakeholders.
• Experience: At least 3 years in software development program or software project management.
• Methodologies: Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps frameworks, alongside proficiency in tracking tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal background suitability check.
