• Develop the multi-horizon roadmap for GitLab's data analytics and insights platform, balancing immediate customer requirements with long-term platform investments while establishing clear success metrics for both roadmap execution and customer uptake.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to refine core platform functionalities, including data pipelines, storage solutions, and APIs that enhance analytics experiences throughout GitLab.
• Work alongside the Knowledge Graph product team to ensure that insight experiences are driven by interconnected, cross-lifecycle data instead of isolated project metrics.

• Prioritize dashboards and insight workflows for software leaders, enabling them to measure deployment frequency, cycle time, value stream management, AI feature impact, and AI cost and ROI within GitLab.
• Advocate for the needs of engineering leaders and executive users, interpreting how they consume data—often in real-time during meetings with tight deadlines—into product strategies and roadmap priorities.
• Empower internal teams such as sales, customer success, and data engineering to create, share, and utilize dashboards that enhance customer-facing efforts and streamline customer reporting consistency and speed.
• Foster a coherent and consistent analytics narrative across product, marketing, and analyst discussions through strong cross-functional collaboration, enhancing launch readiness and market insight.
• Proven experience in defining product vision and driving execution across intricate, multi-team product initiatives.
• Background in developing analytics, dashboard, or business intelligence products tailored for software engineering, DevOps, or technical leadership users.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and standard engineering performance metrics such as DORA metrics, value stream metrics, and cycle time.
• Proficient knowledge of data infrastructure, data pipelines, APIs, and business intelligence tools, with the capability to collaborate effectively with data engineering teams.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer challenges into well-defined product requirements, prioritization strategies, and roadmap guidance.
• Expertise in influencing across engineering, design, sales, customer success, and data teams in a distributed setting without depending on formal authority.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics experiences, conversational interfaces, knowledge graph principles, or similar data exploration methodologies.
• Comfort in leveraging transferable experience from related product domains if you have engaged with technically complex products and can articulate data and customer workflows fluently.
