This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Supervise and mentor a high-achieving team of Account Executives targeting strategic channels and key accounts.
• Lead a specialized, impactful team while staying involved in daily operations.
• Ensure alignment of the team with departmental, functional, and organizational goals and guiding principles.
• Identify optimal strategies to meet and surpass objectives across various industries, complex customers, and intricate workflows.
• Assign responsibilities based on individual strengths, company policies, and best practices.
• Customize coaching techniques and evaluation criteria for each team member.
• Manage daily operations, including productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, attendance, and call performance.
• Keep the team updated on product developments, process changes, customer insights, and organizational news.
• Prepare performance evaluations and ensure timely completion with team members.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Channel Managers and Strategic Account Managers to foster customer growth, revenue increase, and market share expansion.
• Provide insights to Inside Sales leadership and implement initiatives that shape channel, strategic customer, and departmental direction.
• Assess and refine Inside Sales policies, procedures, and systems to enhance performance.
• Engage in decision-making that influences departmental direction.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned while adhering to company policies and standards.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–6 years of experience as an account manager, leading or supervising sales teams, or in a related field.
• Willingness and capability to travel multiple times annually.
• Proven track record in leading high-performing teams with strong engagement, morale, and retention.
• Proficient in establishing effective processes and procedures.
• Exceptional skills in people leadership and resource management.
• High emotional intelligence, particularly in high-pressure or emotionally charged situations.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of how decisions affect profitability and growth.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with adaptability and active listening abilities.
• Exemplary attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
• Ability to work standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
• Capability to sit for extended periods, work on a computer, and participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
• Ability to perform close visual computer work for extended durations.
• Capacity to occasionally lift or move 10–15 pounds.
• Annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.
