Inside Sales Treatment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass individual sales targets through proactive outreach and virtual consultations.

• Provide tailored consultations via phone or video conferencing.

• Inform potential clients about LaserAway treatments and customize recommendations based on their aesthetic objectives.

• Make outbound calls to leads generated by the company and foster customer relationships.

• Present the various treatment plans and services offered by LaserAway.

• Work closely with Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators, and Regional Directors to coordinate scheduling and enhance patient experiences.

• Guide clients on financing options and payment plans available.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address disputes and resolve customer issues.

• Partner with medical professionals to maintain protocols and uphold brand standards.

• Assist colleagues and promote a culture of teamwork.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in remote consultative sales within a high-ticket industry, or comparable commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology experience.

• Outstanding consultative sales skills emphasizing an understanding of customer needs.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Proactive and detail-oriented professional demeanor.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varied shifts.
