Supervisor, Program Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and analyze emerging opportunities, industry trends, and regulatory changes to guide program direction and expansion.

• Ensure synchronization and collaboration among clinical programs, internal teams, customers, and external partners to enhance impact.

• Track program performance, assess outcomes, and promote continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.

• Act as a primary advocate and representative for clinical programs, effectively communicating program value and results to stakeholders.

• Set priorities, manage resource distribution, and guarantee the successful implementation of program initiatives and organizational commitments.

• Cultivate a culture of teamwork, accountability, innovation, and ongoing learning.

• Contribute as a reliable leader within the Practice Transformation Team and assist with organizational priorities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, program management, health informatics, nursing, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in program management, healthcare operations, clinical programs, population health, or a related area.

• Prior experience in people leadership is advantageous.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and transforming strategic priorities into quantifiable outcomes.

• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies, such as the Model for Improvement and PDSA cycles, is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% to both urban and rural locations.
