πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee the paid social strategy for a diverse portfolio of clients, managing comprehensive media planning, testing roadmaps, forecasting, measurement, and long-term account growth across key platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube.

β€’ Act as a strategic consultant by integrating media performance, creative strategy, consumer behavior, and cultural trends to achieve impactful business outcomes.

β€’ Cultivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by offering coaching, enhancing work quality, and encouraging strategic thought across the organization.

β€’ Collaborate closely with creative teams and clients to refine creative strategies, pinpoint successful concepts, explore testing opportunities, and provide optimization recommendations based on performance data.

β€’ Set best practices for planning, campaign execution, reporting, client communication, and innovation while working cross-functionally with internal teams.

β€’ Convert intricate performance data into engaging, executive-level narratives and represent Code3 through client presentations, platform partnerships, and new business initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in paid social, including hands-on expertise with platforms and a proven history of developing full funnel strategies for eCommerce brands.

β€’ In-depth knowledge of at least five major paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.).

β€’ Demonstrated experience in managing, mentoring, and nurturing high-performing teams while establishing best practices and enhancing strategic thinking.

β€’ Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of influencing executive stakeholders and translating complex performance data into straightforward business recommendations.

β€’ Strong comprehension of creative strategy, testing methodologies, and the ability to leverage cultural trends to achieve better business results.

β€’ Proficient in advanced Excel (pivot tables required); digital marketing certifications (Meta Blueprint, TikTok Media Buying, Google Analytics, etc.) are preferred.
