This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the paid social strategy for a diverse portfolio of clients, managing comprehensive media planning, testing roadmaps, forecasting, measurement, and long-term account growth across key platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and YouTube.
β’ Act as a strategic consultant by integrating media performance, creative strategy, consumer behavior, and cultural trends to achieve impactful business outcomes.
β’ Cultivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by offering coaching, enhancing work quality, and encouraging strategic thought across the organization.
β’ Collaborate closely with creative teams and clients to refine creative strategies, pinpoint successful concepts, explore testing opportunities, and provide optimization recommendations based on performance data.
β’ Set best practices for planning, campaign execution, reporting, client communication, and innovation while working cross-functionally with internal teams.
β’ Convert intricate performance data into engaging, executive-level narratives and represent Code3 through client presentations, platform partnerships, and new business initiatives.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in paid social, including hands-on expertise with platforms and a proven history of developing full funnel strategies for eCommerce brands.
β’ In-depth knowledge of at least five major paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn, etc.).
β’ Demonstrated experience in managing, mentoring, and nurturing high-performing teams while establishing best practices and enhancing strategic thinking.
β’ Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of influencing executive stakeholders and translating complex performance data into straightforward business recommendations.
β’ Strong comprehension of creative strategy, testing methodologies, and the ability to leverage cultural trends to achieve better business results.
β’ Proficient in advanced Excel (pivot tables required); digital marketing certifications (Meta Blueprint, TikTok Media Buying, Google Analytics, etc.) are preferred.
