This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the daily paid social strategy for key accounts, which includes planning, testing, optimizations, forecasting, and reporting.
• Create comprehensive media strategies that effectively balance brand development and performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer behavior.
• Evaluate campaign performance across various platforms and convert insights into clear, actionable recommendations that enhance business results.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams and clients to refine creative strategies, identifying successful concepts, testing opportunities, and optimization suggestions based on performance data.
• Stay informed about consumer trends, cultural moments, and platform behaviors to help brands engage in relevant and authentic ways.
• Work alongside internal teams and platform partners to introduce innovative ideas to clients, including alpha/beta opportunities, new measurement solutions, and emerging platform capabilities.
• Keep abreast of platform updates, retail and eCommerce trends, and competitive activities to spot opportunities before they become standard practices.
• Direct the crafting of clear, engaging storytelling through presentations, points of view, and executive-ready performance summaries.
• Guide junior team members to enhance strategic thinking and execution across the team.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience managing paid social campaigns, including hands-on buying within platform user interfaces.
• Proven experience in developing full funnel media strategies for eCommerce or consumer brands, balancing awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives while achieving business goals.
• Extensive knowledge across at least four major paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong grasp of creative best practices and a proven ability to leverage performance data to shape creative strategies and testing.
• Awareness of consumer, retail, and cultural trends, with the skill to pinpoint timely opportunities for brands to engage authentically.
• Solid analytical skills with the capacity to condense complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Outstanding presentation and client communication abilities.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables required).
• Digital marketing certifications (Meta Blueprint, TikTok Media Buying, Google Analytics, etc.) are advantageous.
