Paid Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for creating, launching, and overseeing paid media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, adhering to the agency's best practices and standard operating procedures.

• They carry out regular optimizations, which include expanding keywords, managing negative keywords, adjusting bids, and testing ad copy.

• It is essential to monitor daily performance and budget pacing across a large number of assigned accounts to ensure that targets are achieved.

• The specialist addresses basic underperforming campaigns and executes corrective measures based on data analysis.

• They produce accurate and timely performance reports for their clients using internal tools.

• The specialist examines campaign data to identify fundamental trends and offers actionable insights for enhancing performance.

• They ensure that conversion tracking and pixels are operating correctly.

• Actively engaging in one-on-one meetings, team training, and mentorship sessions helps to develop both technical skills and strategic knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of practical experience in paid media management, ideally within an agency setting.

• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at the same time.

• A strong foundational understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads Manager.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and basic principles of conversion tracking.

• Competence in Excel/Google Sheets for basic data manipulation and reporting.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Keen attention to detail, especially regarding budget management and the accuracy of ad copy.

• A willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously enhance technical skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills that are clear and concise.
