Performance Marketing Manager – Customer Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independently overseeing customer accounts from onboarding through optimization to renewal.

• Evaluating cross-channel performance metrics in collaboration with the customer (including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap, ChatGPT Ads, etc.).

• Recognizing opportunities for optimization and providing actionable recommendations.

• Advising our clients on performance marketing strategies and best practices for AI integration.

• Collaborating closely with Account Managers to strategically enhance customer accounts.

• Working in partnership with our Product & ML teams to further develop our platform.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of several years of experience (>3 years) in performance marketing, either on the agency or advertiser side; prior experience in a small company, startup, or scale-up is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills coupled with a genuine enjoyment for client-facing roles.

• A proactive attitude and the ambition to provide clients with high-quality solutions.

• A keen interest in AI and automation; while you don't need to be a developer, you should be enthusiastic about leveraging AI to enhance efficiency.

• Strong analytical abilities and confidence in working with data.

• Familiarity with incrementality testing, causal impact analysis, A/B testing, or econometrics/MMM is a plus.

• Native-level proficiency in German and business-fluent English.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and team events.
