This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Take ownership of paid, organic, website, and conversion channels.
• Convert growth objectives into specific priorities and actionable roadmaps.
• Generate a predictable marketing-driven pipeline while balancing immediate and long-term growth.
• Oversee website architecture, messaging, user experience, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Management (PMM) to ensure distinct and clear positioning.
• Maintain transparency, credibility, and performance across all customer touchpoints.
• Direct paid acquisition efforts and manage a budget of over €2M in alignment with revenue targets.
• Focus on optimizing pipeline and revenue impact while ensuring strong attribution visibility.
• Develop scalable SEO/GEO and intent-driven content clusters to enhance authority and sustain long-term pipeline growth.
• Lead content initiatives focused on revenue that align with the buyer journey and enterprise sales process.
• Ensure that digital design fosters differentiation, clarity, and conversion effectiveness.
• Be responsible for marketing-driven pipeline targets and key revenue performance indicators.
• Formulate quarterly growth strategies and address funnel bottlenecks.
• Manage teams across paid media, content, web development, and design.
• Create scalable processes and frameworks for experimentation.
• Collaborate closely with PMM, Revenue, and Leadership teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS digital growth; at least 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success in pipeline growth and ownership of budgets exceeding €2M.
• Strong knowledge in paid media, conversion rate optimization, and SEO/GEO strategies.
• Solid editorial judgment, understanding of digital design, and awareness of enterprise sales processes.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on commercial outcomes.
• Practical experience with AI agents and agentic workflows (e.g., Claude, other LLM-based tools), ideally having designed or implemented systems that automate marketing processes from start to finish, rather than simply experimenting with AI tools personally.
• Experience in SaaS companies with annual revenues between €20M and €100M.
• Exposure to international SaaS markets.
• Experience collaborating closely with PMM and Commercial teams.
