This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Oversee the daily setup, monitoring, and enhancement of paid marketing campaigns across various platforms (Meta, Google Ads, and other acquisition channels).
• Implement campaign modifications as directed by the Performance Marketing Lead.
• Ensure campaigns are launched, updated, and budgeted in a timely manner.
• Maintain the operational integrity of ongoing campaigns.
• Assist in the optimization of campaigns to enhance CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Conduct fundamental A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements as instructed.
• Provide performance insights and observations to the team lead.
• Prepare regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Monitor key funnel metrics (clicks, leads, registrations, FTD where applicable).
• Ensure precise data entry and consistency across tracking systems (GA4, Ads Manager, CRM tools).
• Identify and report anomalies or performance concerns to the team lead.
• Collaborate with design/creative teams to guarantee the timely delivery of advertising materials.
• Assist in the integration of new creatives into active campaigns.
• Provide basic performance feedback on creatives (what is effective and what is not).
• Support execution across various acquisition channels as assigned.
• Adhere to channel guidelines and campaign structures set by the Performance Marketing Lead.
• Help maintain campaign documentation and naming conventions.
• Ensure campaigns comply with internal regulations and promotional guidelines.
• Immediately flag any issues or risks to the Performance Marketing Lead.
• Follow approval processes before launching or altering campaigns.
• 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid ads execution in a similar industry.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads and/or other programmatic channels (Taboola, Criteo, etc.).
• Solid understanding of marketing funnels and performance metrics.
• Ability to execute instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Familiarity with reporting tools is advantageous (GA4, Google Search Console, Salesforce).
