This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Manage daily operations and staffing for designated teams
• Modify staff schedules and resolve workflow inconsistencies
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, and evaluating staff members
• Provide coaching, constructive feedback, and opportunities for professional growth
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and organizational policies
• Review medication authorizations and carry out benefits investigations
• Collaborate with clinics to gather documentation and support appeal processes
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare or with pharmacy providers focused on medication access
• At least 1 year of experience in supervising or managing a team
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration must be obtained within 6 months of employment
• Active CPhT certification is preferred
• Proficient in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
