Supervisor Last Mile Operations – On Site Warehouse Role

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Allocate work tasks and oversee group activities.

• Train associates on proper equipment usage, operational procedures, and maintenance; assist the team in comprehending housekeeping standards.

• Supervise and ensure the availability of tools, materials, and supplies.

• Monitor equipment usage and guarantee team compliance with all safety protocols and programs.

• Manage inventory, which includes tracking levels and conducting merchandise reconciliation.

• Aid in problem resolution to maximize associate productivity; take necessary measures to address substandard performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory position.

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work or military experience.
