Supervisor Last Mile Operations – On Site Delivery Role

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delegate work tasks and oversee team operations

• Train team members on proper equipment usage, operational procedures, and maintenance; assist the team in understanding housekeeping standards

• Track and ensure the availability of tools, materials, and supplies

• Supervise equipment usage and guarantee team compliance with all safety protocols and programs

• Administer inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and conducting merchandise reconciliation

• Aid in problem resolution to maximize associate productivity; implement necessary measures to address performance issues

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work or military experience
