This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Inspire and guide the team on a daily basis to meet established objectives

• Facilitate coaching and regular feedback sessions

• Foster internal communication and collaboration within the team and across departments

• Execute both internal and client-specific processes

• Adjust swiftly to changes

• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership and support to the current team

• Evaluate team performance and take ownership of team success and ongoing improvement

• Encourage, train, and oversee employees on a daily basis

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience is necessary; no minimum duration specified

• Capability to monitor, analyze, and manage performance metrics (AHT, QA, productivity, adherence, SLAs)

• Skillfully address escalations, sensitive customer matters, and operational risks

• Comprehension of data confidentiality, process compliance, and the standards of regulated industries

• Willingness to assist with onboarding, nesting, and training initiatives during ramp-up periods

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)

• Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire advisors to ensure sustained quality and compliance
