• Organize reservations for flights, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities.

• Provide clients with comprehensive information regarding schedules, documentation, and policies.

• Keep precise records of bookings, payments, and client interactions.

• Oversee reservations and offer support or modifications as necessary.

• Develop and sustain long-term client relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
