Field Coordination Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Facilitate daily communication between field teams and remote project managers.

• Coordinate schedules and communication among hospitals, warehouses, laundry services, and other departments.

• Develop and manage schedules for field personnel, adapting staffing as project requirements evolve.

• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance at work.

• Hold team members responsible for meeting deadlines, workmanship quality, and adherence to company standards.

• Address subpar work promptly and professionally, documenting issues when necessary.

• Track project advancement and deliver precise status updates to management.

• Prepare and manage invoices and other documentation related to projects.

• Ensure field operations are organized, efficient, and in line with project timelines.

• Background in field operations, construction, manufacturing, or project coordination.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities with the confidence to uphold standards.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and scheduling skills.

• Experience in attendance tracking, performance evaluation, and employee accountability.

• Familiarity with invoicing and fundamental administrative processes.

• Proficient in remote communication and project management software.

• Capable of making sound decisions and resolving issues autonomously.

• Comfortable addressing performance concerns directly, maintaining discipline, and ensuring field teams meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations while keeping projects on track.
