Supervising Psychiatrist – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and mentor a team of 10-12 Advanced Practice Providers (licensed PMHNPs)

• Evaluate documentation and treatment plans to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards

• Offer second opinion consultations and manage treatment for more complex cases

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance tools, workflows, and care models

• Partner with therapists, care coordinators, and other clinicians in a team-oriented, interdisciplinary care approach

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified psychiatrist (MD or DO)

• Demonstrated experience in supervising and mentoring advanced practice providers (NPs, PAs, etc.)

• Knowledge of state-specific collaborative practice agreements and supervision regulations across priority states

• Must possess an active, unrestricted federal DEA registration

• Willing and eligible to obtain separate DEA registrations in all utilized states as required for multi-state practice

• Preferred: additional state licensure or a willingness to pursue further state licenses

• Preferred: experience with telemedicine platforms and virtual care delivery
