Supervising Psychiatrist – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide 10-12 APPs (licensed PMHNPs), ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and best practices.

• Conduct documentation reviews and treatment plan evaluations for approximately 1 hour per week to maintain quality and compliance standards.

• Offer second opinion consultations and manage more complex cases in partnership with your APPs.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to develop and enhance tools, workflows, and care models that advance psychiatric care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified psychiatrist (MD or DO).

• Demonstrated experience in supervising and mentoring advanced practice providers (NPs, PAs, etc.).

• Knowledge of state-specific collaborative practice agreements and supervision regulations in the priority states listed above.

• Must possess an active, unrestricted federal DEA registration and be willing and eligible to secure separate DEA registrations in all states where practice occurs.

• Preferred: additional state licensure or a willingness to obtain further state licenses.

• Preferred: experience with telemedicine platforms and virtual care delivery.
