This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
β’ Oversee all activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project timelines and blueprints.
β’ Manage the daily operations of all on-site staff, including subcontractors and suppliers, to maintain workflow and avoid delays.
β’ Ensure that all work adheres to quality standards and meets regulatory requirements.
β’ Conduct daily safety briefings and hold weekly toolbox safety discussions.
β’ Operate construction machinery as necessary to achieve project objectives, ensuring proficiency in relevant equipment.
β’ Inspire and lead on-site teams, fostering a culture of high performance.
β’ Keep precise documentation and reports regarding project progress on-site.
β’ More than 7 years of experience in overseeing heavy/highway construction projects.
β’ Demonstrated capability to manage on-site operations both effectively and efficiently.
β’ Proficient in interpreting plans, specifications, and executing construction layouts from surveyor's stakes.
β’ Required experience in operating construction equipment, with the ability to use machinery as needed on-site.
β’ Strong familiarity with DOT, COE, and other regulatory guidelines is highly preferred.
