This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the process and tooling roadmap for Central Policy and Operations, independently determining short-to-medium-term strategic direction while aligning investments to the most critical areas.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving GTM, Finance Systems, and Data Engineering to synchronize territory, quota, and adjustment data for AI enablement.
• Design a strategy to transition from external tools to Stripe-native solutions—creating the business case, advocating for resource allocation, and evaluating ROI.
• Create and implement automation processes for Account Team assignments, User Segmentation updates, as well as Manager and Approval workflows in Salesforce to minimize manual efforts and dependency on contractors.
• Develop audit frameworks, compliance metrics, and governance processes for scaled systems, including Territory Assignments, Quota, Workflows, and Adjustment Approvals.
• Establish comprehensive documentation, process architecture, and AI-ready task designs that facilitate leadership visibility, vendor onboarding, and consistent delegation.
• Identify potential system integration risks and proactively address them before they escalate—ensuring smooth cross-system data flow between Salesforce, territory engines, and reporting infrastructure.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in business operations, systems development, technical program management, or a related field, demonstrating growth in scope and complexity.
• A proven history of owning and executing end-to-end systems or tooling programs in a cross-functional setting—from the business case to implementation and continuous optimization.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience in data architecture, pipeline design, or systems integration.
• Experience in leading process redesign and automation projects that resulted in measurable operational efficiencies or cost reductions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, construct investment cases, and drive decisions across departments without direct authority.
• Excellent communicator capable of translating complex technical ideas for non-technical audiences and leadership, as well as converting business requirements into system specifications.
