SUE Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Performing field investigations utilizing advanced SUE technology.

• Mapping and documenting underground utilities to supply crucial data for construction projects.

• Collaborating with other skilled professionals to ensure precision and efficiency in all operations.

• Engaging in continuous training to expand your expertise and skills in SUE practices.

• Upholding a positive and proactive attitude while adjusting to various work environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR).

• Proficiency with Electromagnetic Locators.

• Proficiency with RTK GPS.

• Familiarity with standard utility infrastructure.

• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical education is advantageous!

• Prior experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, and/or hydro-vac is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Prior experience in construction, utility services, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Outstanding attention to detail and strong communication skills are critical for success in this position.

• A readiness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes is essential.

• Physical capability to conduct fieldwork in varied weather conditions and environments.
