Success Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of large, intricate inVESTED PRO clients, serving as their main contact.

• Conduct regular business reviews with client leadership, including C-suite executives, to assess progress and establish priorities.

• Convert client business requirements into prioritized action plans for NetSuite consultants and developers.

• Monitor timelines, scope, and resource allocation across multiple client workstreams concurrently.

• Identify risks early, such as low adoption, scope creep, stalled projects, and renewal issues, and execute response strategies.

• Manage client escalations and challenging discussions until resolution is achieved.

• Collaborate with delivery, support, and account teams to ensure client projects remain on track.

• Suggest optimizations, additional modules, and process enhancements that enable clients to maximize their NetSuite experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in client success, account management, consulting, or any client-facing capacity.

• A functional background, preferably in operations.

• Experience with ERP systems as an end user, administrator, consultant, or project leader.

• Proven experience in managing relationships with large or complex clients, including C-suite stakeholders.

• Strong project management and analytical skills.

• Proactive communication and reliable follow-through across various teams.

• Ability to handle escalations and challenging client discussions with confidence.

• NetSuite experience is a plus.

• A business degree or relevant business background is advantageous.

• Experience in managed services, ERP support, or technology consulting is desirable.
