This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide customers through the effective onboarding, implementation, and utilization of the Qualified Agentic Marketing Platform and Piper the AI SDR Agent.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to develop scalable inbound pipeline generation strategies.
• Design and implement Qualified solutions that seamlessly integrate with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, routing workflows, and GTM systems.
• Assist customers in configuring and optimizing AI-driven buyer engagement experiences across web and email channels.
• Convert customer business goals into technical solution designs, conversational flows, segmentation strategies, qualification logic, and AI SDR objectives.
• Consult with Enterprise Architects, RevOps teams, and technical administrators to create scalable data models, integrations, governance, and operational best practices.
• Promote customer enablement by educating teams on agentic marketing strategies, AI SDR functions, inbound conversion optimization, and pipeline acceleration best practices.
• Evaluate buyer engagement, conversion performance, pipeline impact, and adoption trends to provide strategic recommendations and continuous optimization plans.
• Conduct Executive Strategic Business Reviews (ESRs) and strategic roadmap discussions with customer stakeholders to showcase business impact and align on future growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to gather customer feedback, influence platform innovation, and enhance implementation outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout their lifecycle, assisting them in maximizing platform value, speeding time-to-pipeline, and achieving measurable business results.
• Facilitate expansion and renewal discussions by identifying opportunities for deeper platform adoption and increased business impact.
• Remain at the forefront of AI-driven go-to-market innovation, introducing new ideas and industry best practices to customers and internal teams.
• 3-7 years of experience in Mid Market/Enterprise software.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.
• Extensive working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Familiarity with marketing automation systems.
• Proficiency in web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to meet business needs with technical solutions.
• Must be adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment with various roles.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
